Business Development Intern

About the role

We're looking for a driven Business Development Intern to help us expand our platform's reach by connecting with hiring managers and HR professionals. What you'll do

• Identify and outreach to HR professionals and hiring managers via LinkedIn and email to introduce our job posting platform
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to convert them into active job posters on our platform
• Track outreach metrics, conversions, and client feedback to refine your approach and maximize results
• Collaborate with the team to understand client pain points and tailor pitches accordingly
• Document all interactions and maintain a pipeline of prospects for follow-up and closure
