Business Development Intern

Overview

Business Development Intern (Inside Sales) to support Instawork’s business development team by contacting local businesses, presenting the platform, and guiding onboarding.

What you'll do

• Make 60+ outbound calls daily to prospective business leads.
• Introduce Instawork’s platform and explain its value proposition to business owners and decision-makers.
• Guide potential partners through the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate call, response, and follow-up records in CRM systems.
• Achieve daily and weekly calling targets while maintaining quality interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to hand over qualified leads.
• Share market feedback, lead quality insights, and common objections to improve outreach strategies.

What you'll need

• Be a fresher with 0–1 year experience.
• Have excellent verbal communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, or Hindi).
• Demonstrate strong communication and persuasion with confident phone presence.
• Have good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Have prior calling or customer-facing experience (preferred, not mandatory).

Details

• Location: Koramangala, Bangalore.
• Working days: 6 days/week with rotational week offs.
• Shift timings: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM or 11:00 AM–8:30 PM.
• Contract duration: 6 months; opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance.
