Associate, Sales and Business Development (Mumbai)

Overview

Sales Associate role responsible for end-to-end sales execution, prospecting, lead qualification, relationship building, and new business quota management with a smaller territory/accounts.

What you'll do

• Demonstrate Third Bridge’s value proposition across primary research services.
• Prospect potential clients meeting onboarding criteria and develop relationships.
• Understand prospective clients’ broader research needs.
• Explore cross-selling opportunities.
• Assist the Sales Representative with user acquisition and prospecting strategies.
• Deliver the end-to-end sales cycle and lead qualification.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 1–4 years of B2B new business sales and client acquisition experience.
• Financial services experience (domestic market) is required.
• Proven ability to create, network, and follow up on business leads.
• Demonstrated success managing pipelines and delivering on targets consistently.
• Fluent written and spoken English with negotiation and interpersonal skills.
