Field Sales Executive

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive growth for our Ear Piercing product range across the Vijayawada region and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, building strong customer relationships, and turning leads into business through consistent follow-up and trust.

What you'll do

• Generate new business opportunities and convert qualified leads into sales for the Ear Piercing product line.
• Visit customers regularly across the state and build long-term relationships with dealers and trade partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring strong pipeline follow-up.
• Track customer payments, follow up on outstanding dues, and support timely collections.
• Coordinate with internal teams and seniors to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in field sales, ideally in a B2B or trade environment.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers confidently.
• Proven ability to generate leads, follow up persistently, and close sales.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the state as part of the role.
• Minimum graduate qualification.

Nice to have

• Experience in the gems and jewelry industry.
• Familiarity with distributor, dealer, or channel sales models.
