Banking Sales Executive

About the role

We’re looking for a Banking Sales Executive to promote Kotak 811 Account and support customers through the account opening journey. This role is based in Sindhi Camp, Jaipur and is a good fit for candidates who enjoy sales, customer interaction, and field work.

What you'll do

• Promote and explain the Kotak 811 Account to potential customers
• Assist customers with the account opening process and required steps
• Help with KYC and documentation support
• Generate new customer leads and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve assigned sales and account-opening targets while sharing basic banking product information

What we're looking for

• Minimum 12th Pass qualification
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and the internet
• Interest in sales and field work; candidates with banking, sales, or field experience will be preferred

Nice to have

• Prior experience in banking sales
• Familiarity with lead generation and customer acquisition
