Sales Executive

About the role

We are hiring Sales Executives for Star Health & Allied Insurance across India to support health insurance sales. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in customer conversations, enjoy lead-driven selling, and are comfortable working in both field and inside sales environments.

What you'll do

• Generate qualified leads and build a steady customer pipeline for health insurance products
• Contact prospective customers, explain health insurance plans clearly, and address basic queries
• Follow up with interested customers and move prospects through the sales process
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth across your assigned area
• Maintain customer records, update lead status, and coordinate with internal teams as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 12th pass qualification; graduates are preferred
• 0–5 years of experience in sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to work in field sales or inside sales as required

Nice to have

• Prior experience in insurance or financial products
• Familiarity with lead generation tools or CRM systems
