Overview

Associate - Customer Care (Non-Voice) handles customer queries and resolves issues using prescribed processes while maintaining accurate records.

What you'll do

• Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Provide accurate, timely information about products, services, or policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Follow SOPs and company guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Analyze customer problems and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Maintain customer data and update records in the CRM or relevant databases.

What you'll need

• English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2).
• Bachelor’s degree in one of: Business Administration, Communication, Hospitality Management, Information Technology, or Marketing.
• Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) certification (TransmanTransman).
• Certified Data Processor (CDP) certification (LinkedIn Learning).
• ITIL Foundation certification (Axelos).
• Professional Customer Service credentials (SMG/KRC Poland Human Resources) or equivalent.
• Account maintenance, customer care/cx, claims resolution, and online customer support experience/skills.
