Overview

Handle customer concerns on social media for Paytm, ensuring queries and complaints are resolved within defined TAT while maintaining good customer experience and brand consistency.

What you'll do

• Resolve day-to-day merchant queries via chat and call.
• Manage day-to-day campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
• Maintain brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.
• Supervise social media interactions between customers and the company.
• Develop and implement a timeline to achieve targets.

What you'll need

• Previous experience in team handling chat/email support.
• 1+ years’ experience in social media escalations management.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Any Graduate as educational qualification.
