Policy Administration Associate

Overview

Policy Administration Associate responsible for policy servicing as a third-party administrator (TPA) while delivering an exceptional experience to policyholders.

What you'll do

• Use knowledge of Ethos products and processes.
• Manage a high volume of policy servicing requests and complex transactions to meet service level expectations.
• Maintain accurate policy records and transactions with client interactions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve customer requests and escalations.
• Meet individual and team production and quality goals for customer experience and compliance.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Handle customer phone calls to provide dedicated phone-based support.

What you'll need

• 3+ years experience in operations, customer support, customer success, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent support/help desk software.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Experience handling inbound and/or outbound phone calls in a customer service or support environment.
