Document Intelligence Analyst I

Overview

Document Intelligence Analyst I reviews and corrects purchase order and invoice data flagged for human validation by an automated document processing platform.

What you'll do

• Verify flagged documents (e.g., purchase orders, invoices) and correct extraction errors at the field level.
• Compare extracted field values against the source document image and fix every discrepancy.
• Correct core fields including vendor name, PO/Invoice number, line item descriptions, quantities, unit prices, delivery dates, and ship-to addresses.
• Maintain throughput of ~30 documents per hour with a field accuracy rate of 99% or above.
• Perform daily self-audits before shift-end submissions to catch and correct errors.
• Handle ambiguous, damaged, or edge-case documents using the team escalation protocol.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in document review/processing, data verification, quality review, or back-office operations.
• Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, comprehension) for US-format business records.
• Ability to multi-task with a minimum of 35 WPM typing with high accuracy.
• Working knowledge of procurement documents such as purchase orders, invoices, and order acknowledgements.
• Demonstrated attention to detail for detecting numerical and textual discrepancies in structured documents.
• Comfort with keyboard-driven, browser-based workflows.

Details

• Location: GHX India (GHXI) office, Hyderabad, Telangana, on-site (all 5 days per week).
• Rotational shift, mostly aligned to US shift timings.
