What you'll do

• Process incoming deposit transactions accurately and within established timelines.
• Validate transaction details and supporting documentation.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate exceptions, discrepancies, or incomplete requests.
• Manage account maintenance requests and related non-financial transactions.
• Review customer documentation and update account information as required.
• Monitor work queues and prioritize requests based on established guidelines.

What you'll need

• Be from the 2026 graduating batch with an MBA (Finance) or M.Com.
• Strong typing and data entry skills to process high transaction volumes accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance/operational standards.
