Compliance Co-ordinator

Overview

Compliance Co-ordinator role supporting global operations through accurate compliance data, reporting coordination, and invoicing process management.

What you'll do

• Produce, analyze, and distribute weekly and monthly compliance reports.
• Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, including purchase order creation, validation, and submission.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to keep business system information accurate and up to date.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to support high-quality reporting.
• Support administration and continuous improvement of compliance-related processes and controls.
• Help maintain operational standards to meet compliance requirements.

What you'll need

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in an administrative, compliance, customer service, or shared services environment.
• Strong Excel skills with spreadsheets and databases.
• Experience supporting invoicing/billing/order management/purchase order processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
