Finance and Systems Coordinator

Overview

The Finance and Systems Coordinator supports the maintenance of financial systems (e.g., ERP), with primary focus on project time and expense. The role manages time entry support via a request/helpdesk process and contributes to time-based financial reporting and month-end close.

What you'll do

• Maintain project time tracking by adding and removing employees and contractors on projects.
• Manage the support request system for time entry needs and ensure timely weekly and monthly requirements.
• Train team members on ERP navigation and time entry, approvals, and adjustments.
• Identify and resolve timesheet discrepancies, including unapproved or unsubmitted project time.
• Monitor and correct timesheet data entry and process items using a daily administration checklist.
• Provide customized and scheduled/ad-hoc timesheet information and reporting to enterprise functions.
• Support month-end close from a time entry perspective to ensure compliance.

What you'll need

• High school diploma or equivalent (or equivalent local education).
• At least three years of prior experience in a professional administrative role in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic analysis tools/software, such as Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
