Job description
Overview
Order Processing Associate to support a New York-based custom apparel startup’s Order Processing team, ensuring the right products are delivered to customers while resolving daily logistical challenges.
What you'll do
- Process assigned orders promptly.
- Navigate logistical challenges to find optimal solutions for each order.
- Coordinate order timelines with Campus Managers, clients, vendors, and decorators.
- Work on projects/campaigns as required.
What you'll need
- 2-6 years of experience in operations/logistics.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on complex tasks under tight timelines.
- Ability to make decisions without direct supervision.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
Details
- Location: Work from Home/Remote.
- Work hours: 10 AM–7 PM EST or 2 PM–11 PM EST; exact shift assigned upon hire.
- Reports to an Operations Manager.
