Talent Operations Coordinator

Overview

Talent Operations Coordinator for Weave’s Talent Acquisition team, focused on owning the recruiting scheduling process and candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Manage an effective scheduling process for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews through Ashby.
• Assist recruiters in maintaining accurate data in the Application Tracking system, including pipeline movement and interview feedback tracking.
• Provide a positive end-to-end candidate experience from initial contact through final stages.
• Support recruiters with top-of-funnel activities such as sourcing and candidate outreach.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders across the hiring process.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to work US hours.
• 1+ year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (preferred).
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working with ambiguity.

• US-hours schedule: 9:00 am MDT - 5:00 pm MDT / 8:30 pm IST - 4:30 am IST.
