Senior Clinical Data Team Lead

Overview

Lead clinical data management activities for one or more projects, coordinating with project leads, clients, and study teams while maintaining timelines, quality, and budget.

What you'll do

• Lead high-volume and highly complex studies.
• Direct and delegate study tasks to meet project timelines, quality, and budget.
• Coordinate data management activities with departments, clients, and project leads.
• Produce project-specific status reports and analyze study metrics.
• Escalate study risks through organizational risk management processes.
• Mentor junior staff and direct or train study teams.
• Support forecasting, resourcing, budgets, bids, and contract modifications.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant academic or vocational qualification.
• 5+ years of comparable experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines, SOPs, and client expectations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of clinical and client proprietary data.

• Remote, India.
• Standard Monday-Friday work schedule.
• Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
