Senior Project Manager (India)

Overview

Senior Project Manager role in Karat’s Professional Services team, managing engagement delivery for one or more strategic accounts.

What you'll do

• Own and manage project plans, including milestones, task tracking, and scheduling across stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day client point-of-contact coordination with client project managers and coordinators.
• Coordinate logistics for in-person meetings, stakeholder syncs, executive reviews, and account events across US and India time zones.
• Maintain project documentation including statements of work, change orders, design documents, and approval workflows.
• Support operational execution by surfacing risks/blockers early and recommending solutions.
• Triage day-to-day project tickets and issues, escalating to the Delivery Partner or Solutions Engineer as needed.

What you'll need

• 5+ years managing complex program or project plans for enterprise clients.
• Experience owning documentation-heavy engagements (statements of work, change orders, technical design documents).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• High-ownership, self-directed working style focused on resolving issues.
• Comfort coordinating across US and India time zones.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Rocketlane, Smartsheet, or Asana.
