Associate PMO

Overview

Associate PMO role in the Omnissa Professional Services team, focused on planning, coordinating, and tracking projects for successful delivery.

What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and track projects toward successful completion.
• Coordinate Workspace ONE and Horizon entitled services engagements.
• Maintain and update project documentation including plans, scopes, WBS, resource plans, schedules, and issue logs.
• Identify project risks, track action items, and escalate potential issues.
• Provide clear, structured, and timely status updates on schedules, progress, and risks.
• Follow defined project management methodologies and stage-gate processes.
• Monitor daily work efforts and resource needs; escalate functional, quality, or timeline issues.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of prior work experience in a professional office environment.
• 2+ years of Professional Services operations and Engagement/Implementation/Resource Manager experience.
• Strong MS Office suite skills, particularly MS Excel.
• Demonstrable organization and attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technologies.
• Required to work night shifts.
