Associate Project Manager

Overview

Associate Project Manager to manage execution of small, low-complexity projects.

What you'll do

• Manage execution of small projects in line with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets.
• Apply basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks.
• Lead the allocated project team and motivate/monitor internal and external resources.
• Monitor and control project progress, resource utilization, and financials including invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
• Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks while pursuing opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with ABB directives, cybersecurity regulations, contractual requirements, and HSE policies.
• Secure formal project acceptance and support contract close-out and customer acknowledgment.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management and Partner/Stakeholder Management.
• Proficiency in MS Project and other project management tools for planning and execution.
• Experience delivering projects in a busy business environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• High proficiency in SAP to support project execution and business operations.
