AM/DM-Legal Contracts

Overview

The AM/DM–Legal Contract role supports business growth through corporate advisory, contract management, and risk mitigation.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, red-line, negotiate, and finalize commercial documents such as contracts, letters, and proposals.
• Resolve contractual issues with internal stakeholders, partners, service providers, and vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement special projects across verticals.
• Analyze business requirements, identify legal/commercial issues, and propose practical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to internal legal frameworks and policies.
• Provide end-to-end legal ownership and management of assigned business transactions.
• Research and assess legal viability of proposed business models and advise on corporate matters.

What you'll need

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end contract management.
• Mandatory experience in a law firm.
• Strong legal expertise and interpersonal skills to coordinate complex issues.
• High attention to detail with drafting, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Office tools.
