Overview
Engineer, Projects supports project planning, scheduling, tracking, and coordination across multiple functions and stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Support development of project schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
- Maintain project plans, trackers, and dashboards with up-to-date information.
- Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, quality, and site teams.
- Monitor deliverable schedules and follow up with owners until closure.
- Track costs against approved budgets and forecasts and maintain cost reports.
- Coordinate project meetings and prepare agendas, minutes, and action logs.
- Maintain risk and issue registers and escalate emerging risks or delays early.
What you'll need
- Bachelor0s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or related discipline).
- 2-3 years of experience in project management is desired.
- Exposure to customer-facing projects in manufacturing, renewable energy, or industrial equipment industry is preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders is required.
- Ability to coordinate inputs across functions and provide stakeholders an accurate project status picture.
- Support compliance with quality and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements.
