Program Manager | Corporate Fitout - Project Management | Gurgaon

Overview

The Programme Manager will lead and govern a high-performance delivery programme for a global financial services client, ensuring delivery excellence across design, base build integration, and interior fit-out.

What you'll do

• Oversee all phases of project planning and delivery.
• Set up reporting mechanisms including risk registers, action logs, and change-control systems.
• Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders for approvals, audits, documentation, and compliance.
• Drive integration between base build and fit-out delivery for technical alignment.
• Lead project controls such as cost management, scheduling, risk forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage design reviews, technical validations, quality benchmarks, and configuration standards.
• Monitor contractor performance, procurement timelines, commercial claims, and change orders.
• Ensure best-in-class HSE practices, documentation hygiene, and audit readiness.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional PM teams.

What you'll need

• 20+ years of experience in the real estate sector.
• 10–15 years of Programme/ project management within corporate workplaces.
• Experience delivering for global clients with stringent governance standards.
• A degree in Architecture.
• PMP/Prince2/RICS preferred.
