Customer Success Manager 3

Overview

Customer Success Manager 3 drives adoption of LinkedIn products for assigned clients and helps them achieve significant ROI through onboarding, implementation support, and ongoing success planning.

What you'll do

• Partner with the account team to drive customer adoption, improve success, and mitigate churn risk.
• Align on customer business objectives and build measurable success plans and communication cadence.
• Set goals to build customer fluency in product functionality and how to meet customer objectives.
• Monitor customer engagement, identify low utilization, and provide solutions to drive success.
• Analyze engagement metrics to identify product education and ongoing onboarding needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer management to ensure agreed operational priorities and full business value.
• Document communications accurately in system tools and use customer insights to inform product changes.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, customer success, account management, education/training, sales, project management, or talent management.
• BS/BA degree from a 4-year college or university (preferred) in recruiting, learning, human capital management, or applicable experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and technical aptitude.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and change management skills.
• Experience aligning to customer objectives and building relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience analyzing data and trends to build actionable strategy.
• Proficiency in CRM (Dynamics) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
