Overview

Lead employee experience strategy and partner with HR and leaders to improve engagement, retention, development, and culture of inclusion.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall employee experience.
• Partner with HR and business leaders on initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and development.
• Conduct assessments and gather feedback to improve employee experience programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align employee experience initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide guidance to managers and leaders to foster a culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends for attracting and retaining top talent.

What you'll need

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• Have a master’s degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Hold SHRM-SCP certification.
• Use change management practices.
• Demonstrate executive presence.
• Have people leadership experience.
• Communicate effectively in English (required; proficiency C2).
