Manager, Customer Success - Beneficial Deployments

Overview

Manager, Customer Success (Beneficial Deployments) will lead and coach a team of Customer Success Managers while owning strategic customer accounts for Anthropic’s Beneficial Deployments partnerships.

What you'll do

• Directly manage and develop a team of 4–8 Customer Success Managers for strategic nonprofit accounts.
• Serve as a player-coach by directly owning a few strategic accounts and driving partner outcomes.
• Help shape and execute account strategies to nurture growth and deepen impact in mission-driven organizations.
• Coach the team on customer success best practices, including change management and adoption, value realization, and expansion.
• Join strategic customer engagements and escalations with C-level stakeholders.
• Build scalable CS processes (success planning frameworks, QBR templates, repeatable sector playbooks).

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• 3+ years of front-line management experience.
• Nonprofit experience.
• Working knowledge of consumption-based and seat-based business models and measuring value realization by impact.
• Strong executive presence.
• Technical fluency to understand AI/ML products and coach teams across multiple offerings.

Details

• Hybrid approach: expected to be in one of the company’s offices at least 25% of the time.
