Associate People Partner

Overview

Associate People Partner acts as an advisor for in-country HR topics, supporting and educating leaders, managers, and associates on the “moments that matter.”

What you'll do

• Provide support and advice for Employee Life Cycle Management operations.
• Support implementation of rewards and incentives.
• Collaborate with first-line managers on HR matters.
• Coordinate HR change initiatives at a country level by supporting Business Partners.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and inclusion/psychological safety communications.
• Support onboarding initiatives for new hires.
• Use data and analytics to identify risk and trends and inform decisions.

What you'll need

• 3 to 6 years of work experience in an HR environment.
• Experience preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• MBA in HR or equivalent is a must (preferably full time).
• Strong stakeholder management, customer influence, and influencing skills.
• Ability to leverage data and analytics for business insights.
