Associate level role in Change Transformation within PwC’s Internal Audit Services Advisory practice, focused on developing and executing change management work streams.

What you'll do

• Develop change management plans for projects and change initiatives.
• Evaluate the impact of planned organizational change.
• Identify risks and develop risk mitigation tactics.
• Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.
• Lead change management work streams using a structured methodology.
• Support development of communications for change initiatives.
• Define success metrics and measure performance against them.

What you'll need

• 3-6 years of experience.
• MBA as the stated education qualification.
• Master of Business Administration and/or Chartered Accountant diploma.
• Change management skills.
• Coaching and training experience to employees at all levels.
