What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders to build an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Develop HR policies and programs aligned to business priorities.
• Ensure effective HR service delivery across assigned functions.
• Implement HR strategies to increase employee engagement and retention.
• Manage employee resource utilization across HR activities and client groups.
• Compile, analyze, and report HR metrics to support business objectives.
• Support investigations related to HR policy/compliance issues and make recommendations.

• Operational HR expertise and strategic thinking.
• Ability to influence global and local stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with leadership to communicate and implement HR programs.
• Capability to assess issues using critical thinking and provide creative, fiscally responsible solutions.
• Experience guiding interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
• Experience supporting talent management recruitment efforts when needed.
