Overview
HR Generalist responsible for a wide range of HR support and advice across the full employee lifecycle, supporting managers and employees and helping implement HR processes.
What you'll do
- Provide guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, and employee relations.
- Advise on benefits, payroll, and general policy and procedures.
- Support departmental managers with employment needs and recruiting efforts (identify, interview, hire, train).
- Maintain and update organization charts, employee files, and employee information.
- Contribute to department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Identify and help implement updated HR processes and recommend improvements based on findings.
- Stay current on employment and local regulations and communicate impacts to HR management.
What you'll need
- University degree required (Bachelor’s) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing tasks.
- Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation).
- Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.
- Ethical values and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
Details
- Serves as the primary HR partner for a manufacturing facility of approximately 100 to 300 employees.
- Ensures consistent application of company policies and Indian labor legislation.
- Work closely with site leadership and employees in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting manufacturing start-ups and high-volume operator recruitment is highly valued.
- Exposure to complex employee relations environments and workforce representation frameworks is an advantage.
