Human Resources Generalist

Overview

HR Generalist responsible for a wide range of HR support and advice across the full employee lifecycle, supporting managers and employees and helping implement HR processes.

What you'll do

• Provide guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, and employee relations.
• Advise on benefits, payroll, and general policy and procedures.
• Support departmental managers with employment needs and recruiting efforts (identify, interview, hire, train).
• Maintain and update organization charts, employee files, and employee information.
• Contribute to department goals, objectives, and systems.
• Identify and help implement updated HR processes and recommend improvements based on findings.
• Stay current on employment and local regulations and communicate impacts to HR management.

What you'll need

• University degree required (Bachelor’s) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing tasks.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation).
• Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.
• Ethical values and integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.

Details

• Serves as the primary HR partner for a manufacturing facility of approximately 100 to 300 employees.
• Ensures consistent application of company policies and Indian labor legislation.
• Work closely with site leadership and employees in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting manufacturing start-ups and high-volume operator recruitment is highly valued.
• Exposure to complex employee relations environments and workforce representation frameworks is an advantage.
