Global Business Process Engineer

Overview

Design, analyze, and optimize global Field & Channel business processes with a focus on supplier integration, governance, and measurable performance outcomes.

What you'll do

• Identify customer and business needs and analyze existing processes for strengths and weaknesses.
• Redesign, standardize, simplify, and monitor processes to improve effectiveness and scalability.
• Assess how process changes affect supplier operations, performance, SLAs/KPIs, contractual requirements, cost, compliance, and risks.
• Partner with Supplier Management and Category teams to evaluate supplier-related process impacts.
• Lead end-to-end global projects, including governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and change management.
• Define and track process performance indicators and supplier-related KPIs to confirm outcomes.

What you'll need

• 10+ years overall experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years Bachelor’s degree; Industrial Engineering or Program Management preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
• Business Process Management (BPM) knowledge and experience.
• Project Management knowledge; PMP or equivalent preferred.
