Employee Relations Manager

Overview

The Employee Relations Manager provides employee relations and performance management expertise for India within a centralized Employee Relations function.

What you'll do

• Conduct employee relations investigations by gathering and analyzing facts, applying laws and policies to reach conclusions.
• Advise on employee relations inquiries by interpreting and applying corporate policies, employment law, and regulations.
• Manage complex, high-risk, or sensitive employee relations cases and maintain documentation.
• Compile investigation findings into reports and communicate conclusions and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Deliver warnings and disciplinary actions when required.
• Provide case management and consultation for employee issues including Performance Management from intake to resolution.
• Track and analyze case trends using a technology-based case management system.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of HR experience.
• 2-3 years of Employee Relations experience or an equivalent role focused on dedicated ER work.
• Business-level English ability for reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
• Experience supporting locations in India.
• Understanding of performance management principles and ability to guide managers through ER issues.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to handle escalations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools for everyday work and operational efficiency.

• Reports to the Senior Director, Employee Relations APAC.
• Employee Relations support for other locations for adequate APAC coverage.
