Overview

Manager responsible for planning, performance management, client review preparation, and escalation handling for a service line/function. Leads development of proposals and strategic initiatives to grow and improve current offerings.

What you'll do

• Contribute to developing business strategy by creating team/unit business plans and cascading them.
• Review and improve team/unit performance using performance MIS.
• Prepare for client reviews and support the functional head in preparation.
• Act proactively to avoid client escalations and resolve or channel escalations appropriately.
• Help develop proposals and solutions to increase business with existing clients alongside the account manager.
• Implement strategic initiatives such as quality improvement/measurement and automation.
• Develop and coach team members.

What you'll need

• Experience in developing team/unit business plans tied to business strategy (stated as responsibility).
• Ability to develop and use performance MIS for reviews and improvement (stated as responsibility).
• Proactive escalation management to resolve or appropriately channel issues (stated as responsibility).
• Experience supporting client review preparation (stated as responsibility).
• Experience developing proposals and services/solutions with account support (stated as responsibility).
• Ability to implement initiatives like quality improvement/measurement and automation (stated as responsibility).
