Manager, I2S & AP Regulatory Reporting

Overview

The Manager, I2S & AP Regulatory Reporting will lead the on-the-ground Invoice to Settle (I2S) operational team in Hyderabad and support AP Regulatory Reporting for withholding tax and unclaimed property.

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day operations for an I2S operational team.
• Provide operational accountability for invoice processing, global payments, and statement reconciliation.
• Support AP Regulatory Reporting across the enterprise, focusing on withholding tax and unclaimed property.
• Ensure consistent delivery, coaching, and capacity allocation for the team.
• Own local execution, team performance, and stakeholder experience.
• Collaborate with global I2S function owners on process standards, tooling direction, and priorities.

What you'll need

• Experience as an operational manager/leader for an I2S team is indicated by leading operational accountability.
• People leadership is required to coach and allocate capacity across a four-person team.
• Ability to manage invoice processing, global payments, and statement reconciliation activities.
• Exposure to AP Regulatory Reporting, particularly withholding tax and unclaimed property, is required.
• Ability to operate in a matrixed model with global process/tooling/priorities set by function owners is expected.
