Manager - Middle Office Forward Deployed Data Strategy, CPD

Overview

Manager role in Arcesium’s Middle Office group focused on forward-deployed data strategy for transaction management, security/reference data, and asset servicing across financial instrument lifecycles.

What you'll do

• Manage daily transactions, including creation and management of security master across asset classes.
• Handle reference data management and asset servicing.
• Onboard clients on the Arcesium platform from the middle office perspective, including scope definition and OMS integration.
• Run day-to-day operations, including exception resolution and timely stakeholder coordination.
• Coordinate with client ops teams, investment managers, and data vendors to resolve exceptions and drive initiatives.
• Coordinate with pricing and trade accounting to resolve discrepancies and internal queries.
• Create and maintain documentation of workflows; support special projects like bespoke reports, specifications, product implementation, and UAT.

What you'll need

• 6-10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial products across equities, fixed income, commodities, FX, and credit.
• An MBA and/or CFA, preferably.
• In-depth understanding of trade life cycle stages.
• Understanding of data sources such as Refinitiv, Bloomberg, IDC, and Markit.
• Experience integrating with trade execution systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SQL.

Nice to have

• Experience in VBA/Python.
