Overview

Manager, Analytics, Fraud (UK) role in Tide’s Ongoing Monitoring (1LOD) operations, focusing on fraud and financial crime analytics for SME customer activity monitoring.

What you'll do

• Identify, quantify, and own complex data-driven business decisions to reduce fraud exposure.
• Use data in the Fraud Analytics programme to balance fraud losses, user friction, and regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise and translate compliance and business requirements into solutions.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the Fraud analytics roadmap.
• Build and lead day-to-day analytics processes to mitigate fraud risks and meet KPIs.
• Build relationships with leadership and communicate the Fraud Analytics strategy in a structured, data-driven way.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of analytics experience (financial crime experience preferred).
• Strong SQL and Excel and data visualisation skills.
• Ability to handle complex data structures from multiple data sources.
• Experience with rule building, back testing, and optimisation.
• Experience with fraud compliance and regulation.
• Communication skills to explain financial crime and manage expectations with non-technical audiences.
