Senior Data Scientist(Data & Analytics) - Python

Overview

Senior Data Scientist role focused on process development data, leading analytics and AI-enabled solutions in partnership with scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize analytics/AI/data science opportunities with measurable value.
• Design and develop analytical solutions, dashboards, models, and data products for decision-making.
• Apply statistical, machine learning, and data science methods to solve complex business and scientific problems.
• Lead exploratory analysis, trend analysis, forecasting, and modeling across multiple data sources.
• Contribute to development and deployment of AI-enabled solutions, including ML and generative AI where appropriate.
• Improve data accessibility, usability, quality, and stewardship with data/product/engineering teams.

What you'll need

• Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree.
• 7 to 11 years of relevant experience.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and prioritize analytics/AI/data science opportunities.
• Experience translating business problems into analytical approaches and success metrics.
• Strong ability to communicate recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Independently manage multiple assignments and provide guidance to other professionals.

Nice to have

• Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or related analytical programming and query languages.
• Experience designing dashboards/visualizations with Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience developing and deploying analytical models, decision-support tools, or data products.
• Familiarity with data governance/metadata/data quality/data management and ML/AI/generative AI concepts.
