Overview

Info Security Controls Specialist focused on IAM controls analytics, AI/ML, and data engineering to strengthen Identity and Access Management governance, control effectiveness, and risk reduction.

What you'll do

• Lead advanced analytics and data science initiatives across IAM controls and access governance.
• Analyze identity, access, entitlement, control, application, and audit datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and control gaps.
• Design, build, validate, and tune AI/ML models for IAM use cases such as access anomaly detection and certification prioritization.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and reusable datasets using Python, R, SQL, Splunk, and Neo4j.
• Create executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting for process owners and senior leadership.
• Embed model governance and AI risk controls across the analytics lifecycle (documentation, monitoring, drift detection, and audit traceability).

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience (as stated in Experience Range).
• Expertise in advanced data analytics and statistical modeling using Python, R, and SQL.
• Proficiency in data visualization and graph analytics using Neo4j, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of Identity Access Management architecture, technology, and standards.
• Proven end-to-end model development lifecycle experience including training, validation, deployment readiness, and monitoring.
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate AI/ML risks including bias, explainability gaps, privacy exposure, and overfitting.
