Marketing Data Analyst

Overview

Marketing Data Analyst role in Pune within Marketing Operations, focused on analyzing marketing and sales funnel performance and turning data into actionable insights.

What you'll do

• Analyze end-to-end marketing and sales funnel stages and identify conversion gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring/ad-hoc marketing reporting using BI and CRM data sources.
• Write and optimize complex SQL (and CQL/data-lake queries) to extract and analyze large marketing datasets.
• Work extensively with Salesforce CRM objects to support reporting, governance, and data quality improvements.
• Support marketing automation and Martech integrations and troubleshoot system data flows.
• Measure campaign/channel performance and analyze engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

What you'll need

• 4–7 years of experience in marketing analytics/operations, revenue operations, business analytics, martech engineering, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on SQL experience (mandatory).
• Hands-on CQL/data-lake querying experience (mandatory).
• Hands-on Salesforce experience (mandatory), including CRM data structures and marketing objects.
• Hands-on BI/visualization platform experience, with preference for Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales funnel stages from Lead to Revenue.
