Assistant Analyst for Quality System Data Management in Pune, supporting digitalization of quality processes through business intelligence, reporting, and automation.

What you'll do

• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights for operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Develop digital solutions for ESA business manual processes using Power platform, Python, machine learning, and AI.
• Create and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Microsoft 365 digital tools for stakeholder metrics.
• Monitor and analyze performance of digitalization projects and provide updates and optimization recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and fix applications and dashboards as needed, ensuring dashboards are live and refreshed correctly.
• Transform and clean data to ensure correctness, including improving existing applications and dashboards.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in similar areas.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business reporting and automation projects.
• Skills in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, and PowerApps.
• Proficiency in Python, machine learning, and AI agents.
• Technical skills in DAX and SQL.
