Overview

Lead customer-facing solution design and delivery for strategic enterprise deployments of WisdomAI's agentic intelligence platform. Build production-grade context layers and guide customers from opportunity shaping through deployment and scale.

What you'll do

• Drive complex sales opportunities from ideation and scoping through closure and delivery.
• Conduct customer workshops to identify opportunities and define business value.
• Own customer portfolio health, ROI, and high-impact use cases.
• Lead post-sale technical execution through deployment and scale.
• Design and ship context layers for agent-driven enterprise workflows.
• Resolve data integration, performance, governance, and security challenges.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into platform capabilities.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in data, AI/ML platforms, consulting, or delivery leadership.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with both customer-facing pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
• Experience deploying complex platforms in production enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of enterprise data modeling, context or semantic layers, and scalability.
• Advanced SQL and strong Python skills for transformation, orchestration, and automation.
• Understanding of generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation sets.
