Financial Business Intelligence Manager

Overview

Manage finance-focused business intelligence initiatives, translating business requirements into data models, reporting solutions, and technical plans. Lead BI stakeholder engagement and the development, maintenance, and modernization of reporting platforms.

What you'll do

• Act as the main liaison for BI architecture, reports, and reporting requests across Finance.
• Analyze finance workflows and execute data-driven programs with business partners.
• Translate business needs into data models, datasets, and technical specifications.
• Lead Tableau Cloud dashboard and report development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Oversee OBIEE and OAS platforms and support migration and modernization efforts.
• Direct reporting solutions from requirements discovery through deployment and support.
• Maintain data governance, documentation, accuracy, and reporting best practices.

What you'll need

• BE/B.Tech degree.
• 8–10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
• Expertise in Tableau Cloud dashboard authoring, publishing, and administration.
• Proficiency with OBIEE and OAS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, data warehousing, and dimensional modeling.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries and performance tuning.
• Hands-on Google BigQuery and ticketing/workflow tool experience.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering BI solutions in Finance or financial reporting.
• Consulting, product-focused, or financial analytics experience.
• Financial domain knowledge.
