Overview
Sr. D&T Analyst – Business Intelligence will advance modern BI capabilities using analytics and AI, partnering with business and technical teams to deliver trusted, governed, user-friendly solutions.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, automate, and launch BI, conversational analytics, and AI-driven summarization solutions.
- Build technical architectures and semantic models for governed natural-language querying and dashboard summarization.
- Conduct design, code, model, and process reviews for compliance, AI governance, extensions, and performance.
- Lead end-to-end delivery from requirements and estimation through UAT, deployment, and post-go-live monitoring.
- Define business terms, metadata, reference questions, and testing assets to improve AI-enabled BI output accuracy.
- Set validation processes using training sets, golden queries, user testing, and accuracy thresholds.
- Run workshops, pilot testing, feedback loops, issue triage, and continuous improvement for adoption and usability.
What you'll need
- 8+ years of total experience, including 6+ years designing and delivering BI/analytics solutions.
- Expert skills in Tableau, SQL, Google Looker, Python, and BigQuery.
- Experience building governed analytics products, semantic models, and scalable reporting for self-service analytics.
- Experience with AI for BI use cases (natural language query, conversational analytics, AI summarization) including testing/validation/monitoring.
- Strong communication to translate business requests into technical requirements and explain trade-offs.
- Knowledge of dimensional modeling, metadata management, data governance, data warehousing, and enterprise data platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree (full time) in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
