Business Intelligence & Project Lead

Overview

Business Intelligence & Project Lead focused on building reporting infrastructure, delivering analytics, and optimizing financial processes.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for Accounts Receivable and financial performance metrics.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and recommend data-backed improvements.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Legal, and Finance to surface insights for billing issues and disputes.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring issues and disputes using data.
• Develop data models, automated reports, and process improvements to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
• Generate and present regular reports and visualizations on project status, dispute trends, aging, and resolution status.
• Maintain documentation of data sources, definitions, reporting logic, and analytical methodologies.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience building reports, dashboards, or data models in Finance, Accounts Receivable, or a similar function.
• SQL proficiency and experience working with relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data findings for stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Knowledge of accounting principles and relevant financial regulations.
