Specialist - Business & Customer Analytics

Overview

Specialist - Business & Customer Analytics will support data-backed customer-centric marketing by analyzing CRM and customer behavior and building reporting/automation tools.

What you'll do

• Implement projects with marketing teams across 21 countries and METRO Group headquarters in Düsseldorf.
• Analyze and prepare reports on executed marketing and customer-related activities.
• Collaborate with the Data Science team.
• Automate CRM communication processes.
• Create data visualizations using Looker Studio (mandatory).
• Develop tools and processes for customer communication management, including defining requirements for new functionalities.
• Integrate datasets from multiple sources and ensure high quality of processed and reported information.

What you'll need

• Have a mandatory bachelor’s degree.
• Have 5+ years of experience in analysis and execution of CRM marketing campaigns.
• Show interest in customer behavior analysis within the FMCG sector.
• Be proficient in Excel/Access.
• Have knowledge of SQL (BigQuery) and experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Be able to prepare data visualizations using BI tools.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and good command of English for daily communication in an international team.
• Meet technical requirements: Advanced SQL (mandatory), BigQuery, GCP, Cloud Storage, Looker Studio/BI reporting/dashboarding, and Customer/CRM/Marketing Analytics.
