Overview
Senior Analyst, People Analytics to deliver workforce insights by analyzing people data, building dashboards, and identifying trends across the employee lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Analyze employee lifecycle data across hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance, promotions, compensation, headcount, and attrition.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring workforce reports.
- Handle ad hoc analytics requests and translate business questions into data-driven recommendations.
- Perform statistical analyses to identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Apply NLP techniques to employee survey and feedback data for sentiment and text analytics.
- Validate data accuracy and collaborate to improve data quality and reporting consistency.
What you'll need
- 3–5 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent combination).
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, Excel, and SQL.
- Experience with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, or Greenhouse.
- Working knowledge of statistical techniques including regression, forecasting, segmentation, and trend analysis.
- Experience analyzing large datasets with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
