Analyst- HR Operations: Leavers/ Exit : 1 Year Contract to Hire

Overview

Provide HR support to employees and managers in the UK as part of the HR Shared Services Team in Bangalore, focusing on leavers, offboarding and lifecycle processes.

What you'll do

• Manage HR processes according to regional policies and procedures.
• Coordinate queries using a case management tool.
• Produce standard correspondence for employees and external parties.
• Liaise with employees, line managers and HR colleagues.
• Contribute to process improvements within the department.
• Support the People Hub team with ad-hoc projects.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR shared services or a similar environment.
• Experience handling lifecycle or leavers/offboarding processes.
• Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administrative ability for managing varied workloads.
• Graduate or postgraduate qualification.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting UK or global leavers/offboarding and lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow.
• Front-facing customer service or project experience.
