Analyst: HR Operations- Global Onboarding - 1 Year Contract to Hire

Overview

Provide HR shared-services support for employees and managers across the UK region, managing onboarding and related HR processes while maintaining employee records and systems.

What you'll do

• Maintain and update employee records in Workday and Oracle HRMS.
• Manage HR processes in accordance with regional labour laws.
• Produce standard correspondence for employees, managers, stakeholders and payroll.
• Collaborate with immigration, payroll, finance and HR teams.
• Deliver business-as-usual responsibilities and support ad-hoc HR projects.
• Contribute ideas for process enhancements and implementation.
• Handle confidential information with accuracy and discretion.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR shared services.
• Experience in a shared-services function.
• Technical expertise in Workday and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of lifecycle and exit processes.
• Good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administrative ability for managing complex workloads.
