Overview

HR Operations Analyst serving as a subject matter expert in Hire-to-Retire processes for a Romania-focused operation. The role manages HR processes, employee records, correspondence and continuous improvement activities.

What you'll do

• Manage Hire-to-Retire HR processes in a shared services environment.
• Maintain and update employee records in Workday and Oracle.
• Process HR activities in line with applicable regional laws.
• Prepare standard correspondence for employees and stakeholders.
• Deliver business-as-usual responsibilities and support ad hoc HR projects.
• Contribute enhancement ideas and implementation activities with the HR team.
• Collaborate with SMEs, team members and global teams.

What you'll need

• 2–3 years of Hire-to-Retire experience in HR shared services.
• Hands-on expertise in Workday.
• Technical expertise in ServiceNow.
• Experience in a shared services function.
• Good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administrative and problem-solving abilities.
