External Workforce Program Coordinator

Overview

Coordinate the day-to-day administration of a contingent (external) workforce program, including vendor management system updates, compliance support, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and assignment changes for the contingent workforce program.
• Maintain accurate data entry in the Vendor Management System (VNDLY or similar).
• Monitor adherence to company policies, labor regulations, and contractual agreements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing suppliers and internal hiring managers.
• Generate and analyze reports on contingent workforce metrics such as headcount, spend, and cycle times.
• Identify workflow streamlining opportunities and support implementation of new tools/processes.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in HR operations, staffing, or contingent workforce management.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience using reporting tools (preferred) and vendor management systems (preferred).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems such as VNDLY, Beeline, or Fieldglass.
• Experience with reporting tools.
• Experience using AI tools.
