CX - Strategy and Business Ops. OPEX

Overview

An entry-level back-office operations role in CX Strategy and Business Operations (OPEX), focused on managing service orders, agreements and order tracking for the global and theatre contracts team. This role is onsite, primarily from an HPE office.

What you'll do

• Review the backlog regularly and take ownership of open service orders to set up related agreements as per the defined process within SLA (Service Level Agreement)
• Maintain accurate order tracking files
• Coordinate with the global and theatre contracts team as required (while dealing with order issues, service delivery and logistics)
• Support the global and theatre contracts team whenever required
• Recommend and implement procedures to improve process practices, techniques and efficiency
• Assist in quality checks whenever required

What you'll need

• First level university degree or equivalent experience
• Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in back-office operations
• Install base process knowledge
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Literacy in various PC applications and Microsoft Office tools
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good organisational skills
• Attention to detail
• Reliability and ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks of high volumes with high quality output
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adapt to change
• Flexibility to work extra hours or weekends during quarter ends

Nice to have

• Experience in service agreement and/or order administration
• Experience in SAP and SFDC
